8-Day Hindu Ramayana Tour
DAY I
- Meet and be assisted on arrival by our representative, and you will be transferred from the airport to the Negambo hotel (8 km). - Popular beach for tourists, just after a long flight or as the final destination. The beach is lined with restaurants that boast fresh seafood straight from the ocean to your plate and has a number of great bars, pubs, and restaurants that come alive in the evening, creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement.

DAY 2
- After breakfast, visit the Munneswaram Temple and Manawari Temple. - Munneswaram Temple has been in existence at least since 1000 CE, situated at a place where King Rama of Ayodhya prayed to Siva after his war with King Ravana of Lanka. Manavari is the first place where Lord Rama installed and prayed for the Shiva lingam after the end of the war with King Ravana to liberate Sita.
- Afterward, visit Sigiriya - It is a site of historical and archaeological significance, a natural rock fortress rising above the surrounding plain, on top of which the king built an elegant city of palaces and gardens. The ladies of the Sigiriya fresco paintings are a few of the murals that have survived to date.

DAY 3
- After breakfast, proceed to the Anuradhapura ancient city tour. - Explore a city steeped in rich history and revered as one of the most significant ancient capitals in the country. The sprawling Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcases Sri Lanka's cultural heritage.

DAY 4
- After breakfast, an excursion to Trincomalee. - Thirukoneswaram temple is a classical medieval Hindu temple complex located in Trincomalee, a temple of the thousand pillars, Daskina, and Kailasam that was built by Rishi Agastya on the instructions of Lord Shiva.
- Proceed to Dambulla
- Visit the Dambulla cave temple. - Explore statues and paintings in caves that date back to the 1st century BC. Its main attraction is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area. The major attractions are spread over five caves, which contain statues and paintings.
DAY 5
- Proceed to Kandy. - Kandy, often referred to as the cultural capital of Sri Lanka, is a vibrant city nestled amidst picturesque hills, known for its rich heritage and natural beauty.
- Visit the Royal Botanic Gardens.
- In the evening, you will be entertained by a Kandyan dance performance.

DAY 6
- After breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya - Engage in a Nuwara Eliya city tour, including Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple.

DAY 7
- After breakfast, excursion to Ella.
- Visit Sita Amman Temple - Ancient statues of Rama and Sita can be seen on one side of the temple. Hakgala Botanical Gardens is an exotic pleasure garden where King Ravana kept the depressed Sita. It was here that Hanuman met Sita, who brought her Rama’s ring with the news that Rama was looking for her. Divurumpola Temple is the place where Sita Devi underwent "Agni Pariksha".

DAY 8
- After breakfast, visit Ussangoda. - Ussangoda is a place where Lord Hanuman's tail was set on fire by the Rakshasas, who in turn went on to torch some parts of King Ravana's empire. Ussangoda is one of the torched areas, and is said to have been an airport used by King Ravana.
- Proceed to Colombo
